This red brick street is called Sunset Array because lots of cloths and interior goods shops are in a procession.
While there are various shops from local/oversea brands to original select shops, "chic" is the common characteristics among them. The street is one of the most Jiyugaoka-like place you must visit.

There are lots of cafes in Jiyugaoka. You have no difficulties to find one to rest your tired feet. But isn't it silly to spend your time in Italian or French style cafes when you're visiting Japan?
Jiyugaoka has several green tea cafes where you can enjoy various green tea things in casual atmosphere.
nanaha is one of my favorite cafe; with modern, stylish interior, discreetly selected tea sets, and good tea. They serve various green tea (hot & cold), green tea latte with toppings, adzuki-bean sweets, and even green tea parfait!
And their another specialty is Kyo-fu (means Kyoto style) Udon. You may even feel the spirit of ZEN for its harmony of smooth Udon noodle with simple clear soup.
